DOIZ make it possible to buy a beautiful holiday home by paying just a fraction of its value.
With DOIZ, a house can have up to eight (8) owners. This allows each co-owner to enjoy the property up to 6 periods per year (42 days/year) depending on the number of shares or fractions he owns.
In the DOIZ®️ model, you acquire a real asset in your name and become the owner of an inheritable asset that can be passed on through inheritance.
Once you own your home, you don't have to worry about anything. DOIZ takes care of everything, acting as an external and neutral administrator from cleaning, repairs and maintenance, ensuring transparency and equality.
Reservation period:
Each owner is entitled to a period of up to 6 weeks per year (42 days/year) of stay in the house, divided into 3 seasons, being:
- Summer: second half of November until the first half of February
- Holiday: 1 period on a national holiday or February/July
- Standard: 4 periods in other periods not included in the 2 seasons above
Maximum days per reservation:
Each 1/8 shareholder will have the right to stay for a maximum of 14 consecutive days per stay. Reservations must also be spaced out by at least 1 month between the end of one and the beginning of the next. In total there are 6 periods of up to 7 days each, and a maximum of 42 days per year.
Relay:
We know that dates like Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival are always busier. In order for everyone to enjoy these special dates, each shareholder is unable to reserve the same date for 24 months. This restriction is lifted if no other owner makes a reservation within 6 months for the period. A second restriction is that Christmas and New Year's Eve of the same year cannot be booked in the same stay.
