Each Ancana property can have up to 8 co-owners. Ownership is set up through an investment trust and your purchase entitles you to a fraction (or share) of the home.
Each co-owner can use the home for a specific number of days each year, depending on their ownership percentage.
With Ancana, you can book your stay just three days before your arrival or up to two years in advance. Each year (May-June) weeks are selected for the next year depending on what selection position each respective co-owner is in. Each year the order of the selection position rotates, such that each co-owner can be the first to choose their first week and so on.
